i need some help. I can never get an astral. Ive come to the point where ive had MILD vibrations like 10 times. i get vibrations at least once per night. When i get these vibrations i dont know what to do next. Should i open my eyes,  think of a place, imagine myself going out of my body, WHAT?!?!?   :mad:

I'll tell you the secret. You should do nothing! Just let it go, see what happens. Eventually, if something has to be done, you'll know it.

When you feel the vibrations, think about floating up, or trying slowly rolling over to the side.   It is a tricky point, but when you do it once, you will not forget the feeling, and then you will blossom like a flower. :grin:

Yeah, there are many things you can do, and not do, to exit. One good thing is to intensify the sensations, whatever you are feeling, bring it to the maximum until you feel you can't handle anymore. For instance, if you start hearing something, make it sound very loud, try to catch details of the sound, like brilliance, groove...

It will mostly depend on how deep you are in the trance and what you feel you have available while in the trance. Sometimes it will be best to just let it happen, like Vilkate said, other times you may apply a separation technique that involves movement (create the sensation of movement) like Nay said. You can also use visualization to 'phase' into the astral dimension. Overall, do what you see fit at the time.

When i get the vibrations, should i close my eyes or open my eyes?

You are thinking too much.  Your eyes should be closed.  Don't even worry about that now.
