Well, the itching is one of the main symptoms of reaching trance state. Do not pay any attention to it, it will disappear in some minutes.
It means you have success, just ignore it and the vibs will come!

Thank you, it started after, deepody relaxation, and bout 5 minutes of breathing excersises, your probably rihgt that actually makes sense, it hadnt occured to me that it migh be part of the process

Ok, I hav been trying a while now on and off, but recently as i get more relaxed and closer to projecting, my limbs start to twitch ot like noticable, but like insie my leg would twitch, or inside my arm. This keeps me form getting any further, Doea anybody have an explanation for this?
