Help, I'm stuck in my bedroom wall!

Well, I have two ideas you could try.

1) Increase Vibrations - Try and say something like "Bring me into a higher vibrationary state!" And if it works (from what i've read) you could turn the RTZ projection into AP (now in the astral dimension) and you'll pass through the walls no problem.

Or assuming you want to stay in the RTZ projection, you could try:
2) Find alternate methods of travel - Try going through doors, or perhaps 'thinking' the location, spinning around and you might teleport there.

I have not tried any of these methods myself (never AP'd before consciously) but from what i've read they may help you. Hope that helps :)

Thanks for your comments.

I'm usually not completely conscious when this happens kind of asleep but awake at the same time - its difficult to describe. In order to remember to do something other than try to get outside I think I might need to work on re-programming my intention. I think this might be a good idea.

Your post implies that I am getting stuck because my vibrationary rate is  not high enough, is this right? I was under the impression that I should be able to pass through physical matter in the RTZ?

From what i've read, when you are in an RTZ projection people often have  trouble moving, or rather move really slowly like swimming through mud. I have read somewhere that this may be because you are in the buffer-zone between the physical and astral (at a low vibrationary level).

Eh, i might be getting all these things mixed up in my head :S

RTZ Projection == Real-time Zone == Ethereal\Etheric Projection?

I'm sure someone with more experience will clear it up shortly for us both ;)

Anyway, on each occassion I've tried to leave my room by travelling through the wall but always get stuck in it. It feels like I'm trying to swim through treacle and everything gets darker/fuzzier and then I end up back in my body [:(].

Has anyone else experienced anything similar or have any idea what I can do to get out of my house? I'd really like to be able to get outside and fly around.

Cheers

something like that has happened to me before. i tried to fly up through the roof and got all disorientated. i just closed my astral eyes and kept on going in the direction of what i thought was up for a little while and then opened them back up and i was on the other side. windows are a lot easier to go through maybe try to go through a window at first?
If you will it it is no dream.

Try a window - the mind doesn't seem to object as much to passing through glass. Then you say "Hey, I passed through glass, and that's solid, so why not other solids!"

yea the rtz  sluggishness can be a bugger. its the rtz or astral equivalent of being woken up physically during sleep and being all physically groggy. Combat the sluggishness by situating yourself in the rtz better. you can do it the same way you get situated in the physical after being woken up. What ive tried that works for me is to focus on your surroundings for a moment. just look at the stuff around you or your hands and arm and kinda realize to yourself "oh, ok here i am".

another thing you can try which might be a little harder is to have what you want to do in mind and just go do it. dont think about the fact you cant move or that things are a little groggy, keep in mind what it is you want to go do and do it without a doubt in your mind that you cant.

These little physical spoilers seep into the rtz but i think are a matter of realizing that physical boundries are transcended in the rtz.for example gravity, initially and often in the begining, can effect ones ability to fly in the rtz. a way to transcend the fact that there is no gravity(at least i don think) is to realize that there isnt and then use enthusiasm from that fact to just do it. You can do this if it effects you once you do get out of your house by leaping in to the air in a great burst of enthusiasm yelling something like "FLY FLY FLY"
If you will it it is no dream.

I have experienced this a few times, the trick is just to move through it, it is caused by a temporary belief system, just "KNOW" you can move through it, and you shall, or focus on a distant object and draw your self there

Thanks everyone, I guess multiple failures to get through the wall only reinforces my belief that I can't get through it.

As suggested I think I might try and (1) improve my awareness before blindly trying to get through the wall (2) focus on arriving on the other side of the wall, rather than on the wall itself (3)try some affirmations to re-program my doubts.
