Today i fell in unconscious deep sleep but as I started dreaming the subject about higher dimensions that had awaken my consciousness a bit. After that (what i could remember) that an entity appeared, he was friendly, he said "i came here to visit the 3rd dimension", and he appeared in his 3rd dimensional form. We had a long unconscious conversation maybe through telepathy. Then i saw him return to his dimension but he did not move, he was just in the same place but i couldn't see him. Then my consciousnesses vanished. Wad that a dream or an AP?

Did you have full conscious awareness of your physical existence?  If the answer is yes, then we label that AP.  If you were only aware of your dream reality (you were not able to say 'hey, I'm dreaming!'  and make decisions based on that knowledge), then we label it a dream.

Personally, I think it was a projection.  A projection in which you hadn't gained full lucidity, but enough lucidity to see the Astral more for what it really is.

Yes I had consciousnesses, but not fully conscious that I had a body. But I was trapped in the 4th dimension, making it look like a 3rd dimensional illusion. But I felt I had multiple dreams at a time that I felt I had no existence.

The labels dream, lucid dream and astral projection are not 'cut and dried' at all.  Humans always try desperately to categorize things, and sometimes things just don't fit neatly into those categories. Ultimately, they are all projections.  Dreams are projections -  every night your consciousness is being projected into a different reality.  Generally speaking, dreams = non-lucid, lucid dream = some level of lucidity, but you generally don't break free of the dream 'story line' , and AP is full lucidity.  These are just general guidelines, however, and you should label the experience how you like.  There are no absolutes.

You say you had some lucidity, but it doesn't sound like you had a typical lucid dreaming story line, so labeling it an AP, as Sagar said, would be certainly be reasonable.
