Spills, you're in good company; most people who OBE seem to do it "randomly" rather than "deliberately," although when you think about it, nothing is truly random.
I suggest checking some of the archives on this forum for tips on how to improve your experiences. The "search" function is at the top of this page, where you can type in key words (i.e., "vibrations," "meditation," "books," etc.). There are a lot of good suggestions in here; you just need to ferret them out!

i have had random OBE's when i am least expecting them but when i try to have one i cant. ive looked on web sites but none of the concentrate stuff seems to help.
