On youtube they have videos on the internet to hypnotize you while you are sleeping to lucid dream.Are they as good as they sound? :|

You asked this a couple weeks ago. This would be enough time to try them out. If they work or help in some way you have your answer. If they don't work for you, you have your answer.

The only way to find out is to try it for yourself. Everyone is different and this may work for some and not for others.
Think of the whole process as a very long experiment LOL, at least that is what I am getting from my experiences and others input.
