I want to manifest 2 things in my life. I want to get a girl back and find someone that I lost contact with. These 2 things are VERY important to me now. I got 2 questions:

1) How can astral projection get the law of attraction to manifest getting a girl back and to find someone I lost contact with more quickly and effectively?

2) Can I visit someone while I'm out of my body and influence them in their sleep to get them to talk to me? I got to get a girl to open up to me more. If this is possible, how can I do it?

Manifestation is about reality creation.  If she does not want to be with you, you can use manifestation (aka LOA) to attract the most suited person for you, but it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be her.
I can't imagine how you can use projection to do this- once again, it depends on the reason she's not with you.

I believe the question is an oxymoron- you want her to trust you, but you are asking how to be untrustworthy.
You are essentially asking people  to help you become an undesirable entity.  If you study the LOA you will see that this may backfire on you.

Why do you place limits on the law of attraction in saying that I wont attract her specifically to  me? You know, its a shame seeing people out there who claim they believe in the law of attraction but put limits on it. In reality, they have little or no faith in it. I personally know a few people who have used the law of attraction to get back their exes. Why are there people out there who recommend the LOA but who lack full faith in it? This is very strange.

Because if you're going to use a negative aspect such as FORCING or COERCING someone into talking to you... then the natural law of attraction says THAT is what you're going to attract to you: negativity.

It's not placing a limit upon it... it's knowing what you're going to get back.
You don't believe in the law of attraction, you believe in wishful thinking.

I personally don't believe in this "law of attraction".

It's not about faith, it's about understanding.
The law of attraction (which is not  a law, it's an understanding about how the universe works) is not about forcing anything to happen- it's about understanding how the creative aspect of the universe is at work in your life and how it can be used.
There is a part of you which is tied to the creative aspect of the universe- that is your superconscious mind.  It is governed by your subconscious mind, which observes everything that happens and remembers everything you have ever known.
When you want something, you are wanting it with your conscious mind, and that has very little effect on your subconscious mind, unless you take the necessary steps to align your subconscious mind with your conscious mind.  Only then will it allow you to manifest what you want.
In other words, the creative aspect that you are connected with will allow you to do what you want- provided it is really what you want.  But your subconscious mind may have a different idea of what that is, due to your beliefs.
The problem with your thinking is that you are thinking of the girl as an object that is to be obtained, and you are forgetting that she has the same access to this power, and probably is equally aligned to her subconscious mind about what she wants vs. what she doesn't want.
So if you want her and she doesn't want you, no amount of subconscious manipulation will make her like you.
To complicate matters, if you really do care for her, then your subconscious knows this, and it knows that your intentions for her (lying, manipulating) are not good for her or you, then it will not cause anything to happen- but if you wish for someone that is like her, or has the qualities that you want (whatever they are) your subconscious might attract the right person for you- someone you don't have to manipulate to attract- someone who actually wants to be with you.
So it's not about having 'faith' in  a law- natural laws don't need faith- it's about understanding how this law works and how it has to be aligned with what your higher aspects want for you-
That's why there is a popular saying that goes something like "be careful with what you wish for".   It exists for a reason.

For not believing in it, you certainly have a good understanding of it.  At least more concise than mine.

It does work.. trust me.  There is in fact a sort of law like this.  It also depends on your skills and talents and how much energy you can put out there.  Some people can manifest things easier than others.  But if you are down in the dumps or don't believe it works then it doesn't.  If there is doubt in your heart and no faith in the universe then it doesnt happen.

I have manifested so many things in my life.  Perfect job,  perfect wife.  When you are in the dumps it tends to spiral downward until you change your outlook and BELIEVE IT.  Sometimes I try and manifest large amounts of money like the lottery but deep down I know I aint got a shot in hell and that is the reason why I won't win or make big money.  Because deep down I believe I can't.

You have to program your subconscious to believe with all your heart you can accomplish things.  When you do the universe opens up opportunities and that is when you notice them at "coincidence" and you have to walk through that door and take that chance.  Most people are too lazy to take the risks when the door opens.

Yes, Lone... it's possible.  Definitely.
However, using the Law of Attraction to "coerce" someone to "like" you is what we're saying is wrong.

Use your own ethics/morals though.  :)
