Sorry mar10fl, may be my English isn't clear [:(]:

I have registered BWGEN and I need to know how to use the files inside of the brainsync.zip... exemple:
F3 => relax, use for 3 minutes
F10 => 10 minutes after F3
F12 => 15 minutes after F10, etc...
Again, is there a description or manual available for these presets?

Someone can help me?

Thanks

I don't think there is a science to the presets yet, it's more of a touchy feely art and basically you're on your own. There are some presets that go through an entire sequence for a meditation session.

Hello Everyone,

I need some help:
 I recently began using Brainwave Generator, and downloaded the presets for brainsync.zip from file library and...
 I'm confused:
 How can I use these files? F3.bwg, F10.bwg, F12.bwg, etc...
 What is the sequence?
 How long time I need use each one?
 I need relax before or so?
 At long last, is there a description or manual available for these presets?

Thank's
Thatu Rhanna

(sorry for my bad English!)
