The book "Astral Dynamics" covers about everything. There are other authors worth reading, but it helps for all of us to have a perspective we can share. I am still working at it, too, and understand the struggle.

I suggest you create a plan or structure, and in my opinion start (if you dont already) meditating...
when i started i practised all the exerices in my training sessions, but I think i should have took the time to develop my onw style of each....
But at the end of the day, do what you think is right.
Do you know how the Treatise of OOBE decribes the training? well I want that, except in more detail.

I checked your profile. I was curious how old you are. I assume you are out of college since it sounds like you work in computers.
You probably want to buy Robert's book. That is where you will find the Treatise of OOBE, except in more detail. You can get it for less than 15 dollars. On amazon.com someone is selling theirs for $9.50.
There may be some chapters online. Like I think the New Energy Ways program is online.
In case you're wondering .... One reason I won't give you a more detailed "treatise..." answer here is because it would be too long. Like the length of a really long book. Also, I don't remember all the details. Finally, we all ultimately do our own thing with projecting. So if what you want is a fleshed out version of Robert's methodology, then his writing is the place to go.

Actually, I'm still in high school!!!!! But I'm very interested in having an OOBE. The reason why is because I like supernatural things(Have you ever seen the show "Sightings" on the Sci-Fi channel? I watch that every morning.)and I just like the concept.

Could someone describe all the exercises in "The Treatise on OOBE" in good detail for me please? I never had an OBE before and REALLY want to have one.
