Title: Hemi-sync Gateway Experience
Post by: grzazek on November 04, 2010, 22:20:56
I recently purchased the entire gateway experience (very low cost!!!), and I will keep you all updated with my progress over the next 6-8 weeks. To date I have had 2 concious exits, and I am hoping that with the Wave I program I will be able to get few more exits under my belt.

Does anyone have suggestions for using the Gateway Experience? Perhaps you would like to share your own results

Take your time. I always start it and then end up dropping it and then I'll pick it back up later on.
Right now I'm doing okay with it I'm wave 1 discovery 3
I usually do each discovery 4 - 5 times before moving onto the next. I wish I could find more time to do it, but it's hard living at home with family

As Justin said, take your time.
Do one wave as many times as it takes for you to completely master it, then move onto the next one.  :)

I don't know it the frank kepple procedure would work with the set you have but you might look it up on this site.

It works well actually.
Frank used to use a rundown which he would create along with the audio waves.  Basically he would create a visualization to go along with what he was hearing.

I'll find the link for you... Found it!

First heard about it about 1 year ago, seemed fascinating, but I never managed to buy it. What's up with it?

One thing that's always kind of confused me with these hemi-sync/binarual beat recordings is are you supposed to actually think about attempting to OBE whilst listening to them or are you meant to just "switch off" and not think about anything in particular or are you supposed to focus on trying to exit your physical? I mean do you trust the hemi-sync itself to get you to "lift off" when your in Alpha/Theta?

One more thing about the Monroe hemi-sync series: do you have to listen to them in order? I mean could you go straight to the CD that deals with conscious exits? I ask because there seems to be many CD's in the Monroe hemi-sync series.

They put you into a receptive state of mind.
But you still have to do the work!  You can't just turn them on, lie there and POOF, project.  Won't happen.

I highly suggest you listen to them in order... at least the first CD.

Yeah, spend a lot of time with wave one, and like Frank always said, all you really need is disk one. Don't jump from one to another, really take the time to absorb the steps and exercises, and don't expect anything. I would also do your own exercises without any hemi-sync on a regular basis along side the CD's and put what you learn into practice.

What would you define as the work? also I am confused as to when you would know you were ready to project.

What would you define as the work?
The work is the "relaxation" and the "disassociation".
The binaruals will help with making those two things easier, but you still need to actively do them yourself.  :)

Quotealso I am confused as to when you would know you were ready to project.
That, however, only comes with practice.
Would it be a cop-out if I said... you'll know when the time is right?  :D

Well if you are saying the "work" is to relax and dissociate then really there is no work if you get me lol because to relax for example your not working but just letting go.

You'd be surprised how many people don't know how to "let go".  :)

So I guess to be in Theta would be enough to be letting go. Only then can you project.

Forget about brainwaves.  :)
If you really wanna get technical, alpha is all you need.

But just forget about all those... and just practice.  Just do it.  :)
