Putting it on your car stereo would have no effect but an annoying ringing noise coming from your speakers. Binaural beats only affect the brain when used with headphones, if I recall.

My personal expereince with this particular track is that it has played a major part in facilitating lucid dreaming. Generally, if I listen to this before going to sleep (sleep will normally occur during the track) I will find myself lucid dreaming later in the sleep. In theory projection can be achieved from lucid dreams. This is something that I have not mastered yet.
