It may take you a considerable time to succeed...I'm talking months even years. Though undoubtedly, it can be acheived in a short period of time.

Yes, it is similar to the sensation of being pulled back into your body after an OBE.

Hey guys and girls, my first post here

Ok, i've been trying to AP for only a short time, but from the posts i've seen it sounds like i should really be able to...

My dreams are 50% lucid dreams, and sometimes while im asleep i can feel myself like...thrust back into my body...its weird i can't explain it...but isnt that feeling of thrusting into your body related to AP?
