Can you meet other people when you AP- such as friends or family?
Like arrange a meeting in a certain spot with someone, How do you go about this?
I'd love to hear personal experiences on this subject!
Oh and is it possible to "help" someone else out of there body once you are out? How would you do this?

You can indeed meet other projectors, but generally speaking it is pretty hard to get right. Astral time differentials, energy levels, confusing mind manifestations of desire...etc, so many factors need to be overcome.

I am pretty sure you can help somebody out, but you have the same challenges as above. No idea how this is done. Usually a person's guide or guides would help out in this regard.
