Hello all,

Last night I was meditating, and I went into focus 12, expanding my awareness, and as normal I was able to push my awareness out (broaden.)  Then though I began to feel like I was floating in place, as in, floating inside my own body, anchored but adrift.  I don't know how to put it to explain any clearer.  My bed also began to feel like it was moving, and I felt a turning sensation, also, I was vibrating heavily. It was an incredible experience, and for the first time, the vibrational state was not what took me by surprise, it was the other feelings that were so intense. My bed for example, it felt as if someone were under it, pusing it up in jerks. The floating was a wondeful surprise as well, as if my physical limitations (although I stayed in place), were finally void of consequence.  And lastly, when I got up and flipped my lights on, I SAW things differently, but intensely so, letting me know it was not simply the result of sore eyes.  If I focused on something directly, I saw it for its normal physical shape.  But gazing indirectly changed my perception entirely, I seemed to be able to percieve auras, and everything flowed in waves of energy.  I have experienced this to a slight degree before, but never this intensely.  So my questions are...

Has anyone experienced the floating inside the body, what about a "jumpy" bed, mat, chair, floor, etc...?

And the after effects of meditation, is there any way to further develop and intensify my post meditation perceptions?  Although these seem to be developing quite nicely on their own, insight and experience of those more experienced than myself is always welcomed.

Thanks all for the time,
