How can i tell the difference?

I mean,when ever i read up on OBE's and LD,i almost always here about how the subconsious can change what you see when you project,Which would happen in a Lucid Dream.

So how do i know if what i see when i project is real,or if its even a projection,and not a dream?

You don't, except in retrospect.  Which is why it's a good idea to keep a diary or journal of your experiences, so you can look back and see what made sense and what didn't.

As to 'real', it's all real.  Some subjective, some objective.
