Hi Gail,
I read your post with great interest.  And I see you are currently in Australia, as am I.  I am in QLD, so am able to help you to achieve your goals if your are in this state too.

I teach others how to get into their higher awareness levels using very simple techniques that work about 90% of the time... it's not so good for males who tend to think too much during the exercises !

Doing the Astral thing is fine.. but you must ask yourself what is the motivation for your choices.  Is it for your growth ?  If so, then you will find the going a little easier.

And the Astral is not the be all and end all of it.  It is only a series of layers around the 3-D life-supporting worlds and can only allow us to go so far in our search to Know Ourself.  But, it is the perfect place to start!

If you would like some help and are not able to be met in person, perhaps we could exchange emails to work through for your experiential growth.  I help others at no charge, so don't worry about that aspect of it.

Gail..let me start by saying I am soooooo sorry for your loss.  There is nothing greater than loosing a child, it is like your world is gone..I'm so sorry.

Me or others cannot say for sure that you will be able to get in contact..I'm assuming that is why you want to learn more of OOBE's.(out of body experience) If my assumption is wrong, please let me know.  

I'm trying to put myself in your place..which of course is very hard, but if I just lost my son, I would want to know EVERYTHING and learn what he knew, just to put me closer to him. Which, like I said, sounds like what you are doing.

3 months is not alot of time..you must still be totally raw after that..sheesh, I just can't stop thinking how I would feel, if I were in your place.......words do not come.

My thoughts..love your son, think about him and have joy in those thoughts..and you just might find yourself having dreams about him, not to mention you will hear him, or feel him around you.  You go with that, because it IS him.  And please know that he is watching over you.  He is now there to help YOU.

my son died in India 3 months ago.have probably had out-of-body experiences since then. no interest in the subject before,but after the experiences read books on subject, including yours, and seems to match.I have recorded my dreams for about 20 years,mainly from an intellectual , and psychological interest. friends of my son in India sent me a book also on out-of-body,saying they talked about it with my son ,and he was in agreement. Nietzsche said ( if you have a why to live you can bear any how )The experience I had Has now given me a passion to learn , understand and know, basically a why. I am leaving to live in France in 6 months, so would dearly like to know if you will be giving any workshops in australia before march 05. Or in europe, there seems to be one by william buhlman in italy may 05. Or is it possible you give private classes, talks, etc, in australia that I could be a part of.sincerely gail
