Personal experiences/effects of OOBE on your life

Hi,

I'm working on a screenplay inspired by OBE's and the astral world. I still haven't had any first hand experience myself   so I'm hoping others can help me in my research. I've already read some fascinating stories on here which have got me thinking.

The main thing I'm after is the effect an OOBE had your life. How if made you feel? What you discovered about yourself and the world we live in?

If anybody has some really descriptive accounts I might have missed please post a link, that would be awesome. Feel free to PM me also.
