I reach a trance.. fall asleep a little bit.. (may be 2 minutes).. then get some awareness and become a mild trance..
During that time I think I am awake (but I am not) and awake myself and realize I ruined a trance.. Daaam...! :-)
Is there any technique that I can do to stop this?
program yourself everyday to test, question am I awake, is this a false awakening?
after 20 years, I still false awake and some of the best OBEs were FA's!

Agreed, you don't want to stop them. Become aware of them, they are some of the more immersive experiences you will have of the 'normal day to day reality'. It's such a rush :]
