I think that anybody is capable of becoming a Pyschic - you just have to learn to listen to the voices.

I heard that once you start OBEing, you'll gradually become more psychic. And also if you practice opening your third eye (brow chakra?) then you'll start to be psychic.

Is this true? If not, how then do you become psychic.
