Vibrations so powerful

Sometimes my vibrations are so powerful I worry about hurting myself somehow!  The other day they were so strong and electrifying that I opened my mouth in fear of cracking my teeth.

Whether or not this was just my astral mouth or not, I do not know!  The pain of the rolling shocks is familiar and easy to allow, and I am always happy to have them.

What are your experiences or stories with almost frightfully powerful vibrations?  Are there any correlations with projection success versus vibration strength?  Some have told me to do energy work to moderate them, for example.

I don't know if it is the physical mouth or the etheric mouth that is vibrating during these intense vibrations. I wear a mouth guard to protect the teeth while practicing obe's just in case it is the physical mouth. I would like to know if anyone here has the answer to this question.

I've had many strong vibrations where I did not know if I would live through them. I am still here, so I survived.

If you separate your soul at the moment the vibrations come and not a second too late, then it doesn't matter how strong the vibrations are since you never allow them to come full force. This way you are conserving energy to allow for a better quality obe.

I have never felt any strong vibrations in my experiences. I sometimes feel a tiny little bit and then separate.

When I was beginning the vibes would be so intense they would scare the crap out of me... I would start off ready and sure of myself, then panic when they started to get intense. I was afraid of how I was breathing & my heart-rate. Eventually I just told myself I would get through them no matter what and hoped I lived through it. Everything has been OK since, no health related problems or injury :D.

But yes, they can feel so intense you assume you're putting yourself in jeopardy, but I highly doubt that's ever the case.

Hi,
Im still jealous. Having to get them requires lots of specific meditation and then they hardly appear.
I'll carry on regardless. You're better off not wasting energy anyway. Without them you get to the exit door really quickly as they slow everything down.
Ill bet they can be really irritating too if they appear while deep in the phase every time you want to exit. Its like waiting at the crossroads for a 14 mile goods train to pass. Or from some posts, waiting for it to stop running over you, nasty.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I've injured myself so many times from dreams it's a joke. I punched the wall at least 5 times, waking myself in the process, smacked my head against the wall countless times, nearly chinned my GF as well, which may have been more cause she woke me in the middle of the night, window wide open wind blowing through the room, standing over me in the bloody dark, I thought some creep had broke in through the window and I instantly sat and reached up grabbing her by her neck and was about to go Bruce Lee on her butt till I felt her hair... I then proceeded to go Hugh Hefner on her butt instead  But yeah, I don't think you could possibly injure yourself psychically from it, from what I understand It's something we've been doing all our lives when we go to sleep, it's just now that some of the time, deliberately and by accident, we become aware during the process as it's playing out.

The first time I had it happen, was also the first time I tried to meditate, but it was weak compared the following experiences. The first proper time it happened I freaked the hell out and never wanted to sleep again, felt like I was being electrocuted!! It was scary because I hadn't a clue what was going on. But it led to my first proper strange experience a couple nights later, in sleep paralysis then the vibrations came and were very strong but I just rid it out and kept myself calm, not really knowing what to do, I just kept my mind quiet and then they stopped and I was in what I now know (thanks to this forum) is referred to as the '3D blackness' for the entirety of the night, which was bloody brilliant in it's self and I felt incredible after. And following that, like 2 weeks of nightly becoming aware in sleep paralyses and the vibrations starting, but I was confused about what was happening to me, and couldn't articulate the experience accurately enough to find answers online about my '3D blackness' experience till about a year ago i think, when I came here. So I forced myself awake each time... It was actually ridiculous, I couldn't take a nap without it happening, I would literally think to myself 'arrrhgg not this again!!" Now I welcome it. :-D

Tibor,

Do yourself a favor and start recording yourself during the OBE to determine
if its physical or the astral body. You will arrive at your answer and find out it is the astral body
experiencing the vibrations. I have recorded myself many times to only find a very sight jaunt in
a eye twitch when the vibes kick in.

Hope this helps!

I recorded myself undergoing SP on many occasions and been in a room with people who were awake.

I think I groaned on one occasion. Apart from that... no matter what I was experiencing during SP, didn't correlate to my peaceful looking slumber in the video.

Consider the vibrations to be depolarised muscle neurones... Depolarised because of REM atonia or what we call Sleep Paralysis. Think of them as you being able to feel your nerves communicating in a pulsed rapid succession.

The more you try to move physically or if you are releasing adrenaline... the more violent these staccato-like vibrations get.

Does this make sense?
