That sounds interesting.  I've never heard of the eye rolling thing.  I'll have to try that.  I've been trying to project but I havn't been able to yet.  How long did it take you or did it come naturally?

Latina_diva

Hi FindTruth,

For me, it came Naturally. I was having them befor I knew what it was. However, in order to get better at it the rolling of the eyes was what worked for me. I have read in many book how it helps your body get putched out, So it works very well for me. Try it, and try it just when you just wake up. It might not happen right away..but it will..

How long have you been trying?

Welcome to the forums Latina_diva. [:D]

I think this is a normal reaction for your eyes to start to roll upwards, the closer you get to the sleep stage.  I know I have read about it some where and of course I can't remember where..[:P]

I've used it before and it does work but it seems to only work for me if I am already feeling exit sensations.

Looking foward to hearing more of your experiences. [^]

P.S. I edited your topic text, no need to yell. [;)]

Dear Nay and Latina_Diva:
I remember what I did read about such a technique of rolling back the eyes at a book of Tuesday Lobsang Rampa titled "Twilight". There, Rampa, too, introduces the phenomenon of to see through eyelids. However, I think that's necessary to depicts more precisely the real situation. Eyes cannot full roll to the back, that's anatomically impossible. The more the eyes can roll is up and watching the hairline, near the brow chakra. Such a forced positioning of eyes, is a technique used (for to induce trance) by hypnotists.

Latina_Diva,

I verify your descriptions of seperation.  It also was easy for me at an early age.  The intense pulsations and light show under my eyelids would culminate.  And from the bottoms of my feet a sharp buzzing or tingling sensation would rise up my legs, through my chest and out the top of my head, taking me with it!  After a second or two I would gain vision, usually an upsidedown view of the wall next to my bed.  And if I didn't will myself to the other side of the room, I would be gently pulled back into my body. And then lay there feeling weightless thinking "Darn it ! Messed up another opportunity...

Good luck everyone!

I'm not an experienced projector, but I use the eye technique to get me into a deeper trance. I first read about it as a method to activate the brow chakra, so I always thought that my trance levels came from increased energy flow. I'll play around with it a bit more and see where I can go with it.

I agree you can't roll your eyes to the back of your head, but I was sure people would understand what I was saying..[:P]  Sometimes my kids think I have eyes at the back of my head. [:D] I chaulk it up to knowing them waaaay to well..[;)]

hello all,

maybe this will help someone.

First how I do it now.

The way I am able to leave my body now has changed thru the years.  What happens to me now is actually very simple. I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning and I just roll my eyes to the back of my head and out I am. I no longer feel the Vibrations or the BUZZING. I kind of just FLOAT out.  I sometimes hear People talking and Conversations, however it is hard to understand what they are saying.  I am not sure if it is because I have been doing it for such a long time or what. There are nights I struggle to stay in.

Now, How I use to do it when this first started.  I would set my alarm 3 to 4 hrs after I would go to bed, or early in the morning then Once I would be awake, I would start Rolling my eyes to the back of my head, I would concentrate and imaging my self lifting. I would imagine there is a whole within me that I could go out. The Vibrations would start on my feet, they With my mind, I would control them and move them up my body and then down, up and down, the more I moved them The stronger they would get. They would get stronger and stronger. Sometimes they would hurt my ribs and my Jaw. But I kept going, and then the BUZZ would start.  I would be rolling my eyes back, I would see a hole of light in the darkness and I would push with my eyes till I was out. The Vibrations continued, but then they would be gone almost completely.

Well, Hope this helps you. Please e-mail me if I can be of additional help. latina_diva619@yahoo.com
