how long did it take you to start having OBE's?

It took me about 1 week if I remember right. :). This is from the time I learned that astral projection exists until I floated out of my body.

If I remember correctly, I tried off and on for a few months then projected one night for a few seconds.

A month for the 1st, 2 more years for the 2nd, several more years for more frequent (rather than random/isolated) OBE's.

Some do better, some do worse. Some give up. It's like martial arts training - it takes time to develop the necessary skills and techniques to do it well.

hmm, this inspires me to keep going :) ive been pretty discouraged lately, but i think the practice is worth it

Since I was born I would assume.   8-)

The question to me is: How long until I 'remembered' having OBEs?
That would be about 4 years!   :wink:
