Separation = complete! .. how do I exit?

Well, I successfully separated from the physical :-D. My arm was resting under a pillow and i began buzzing intensly. After a few minutes my arms became like.. a blob of energy. I started moving my arm up, into the pillow, and my hand moved with the base of my palm pushing forward. I could feel the magnetism in my hand, and I felt the material the pillow was made out of.Every time I moved, that limb would have a sequence of waves that came over it. I then realized that my elbow was inside of my bed, and I could feel the texture on the inside of my bed. I felt buzzing sensations everytime I moved, and even as I was lying still. The only problem was I couldn't get up out of my body, everything was going so slow. I tried the rope method, nada. Rolling over, I got partially over but couldn't seem to get away. Did I only partially separate?

congrats sounds like you're right there. The first couple times is going to be hard and you're going to have to actually relearn how to walk and interact in the non physical. I remember the first time I separted I was only able to get my arm out. Then the next time my upper body. Then the next I was able to get all the way out after struggling and I couldn't get very far from my body.

You'll just need some more experience and you will learn how to move freely and it will become natural

I believe Fresco has the right idea here.
Give each exit method a week or so though until you move on.

You ought to try intensifying the buzzing, it's really intuitive, I can't really tell you how.  If I had to, I would say I flex my consciousness.  The buzzing increases till it's almost too much and then you pop out, from there roll out, stand up, climb the rope or ladder or rope ladder  :lol: .

lol, I always try to do that, but it seems like when I intensify the buzzing it gets extreme and then dissipates and I'm still in the physical. :-( I was using the whole 'don't think about it' method and that's how I got my Astral arms moving :-).. If I tried to intensify them, do you think I would detach? (for lack of a better word) Or should I just keep not thinking about it lol

Let me share a BIG mistake I used to make.  I used to focus really well, get to a good state of trance and then I would feel my arms float up.  I would get so excited because my astral arms were there, it felt real and I thought I was really close to exiting.  So naturally, not having the experience of actual projection yet and think this was the exit, I would focus all my attention on making my arms float more.  I would "attach a balloon" to them and feel them rise. I would try to use my will to make them go higher thinking that if I could just go a little further it would trigger the full exit.  But of course it never did.

I'm not saying this is what's definitely happening to you, but in my case I hadn't actually separated my astral arms.  It was really a combination of really strong trance sensations and a really good job of using awareness arms.  By focusing on trying to move my arms and increase the vibes in them I was pretty much ruining the attempt.

Also, when I say increase the buzzing it should be a relatively fast operation, maybe 3 seconds, and then you "pop" out.  If it doesn't go fast like that and end with you floating up then you're probably just experiencing strong trance sensations, not exit sensations.

The exit buzzing is a short event that takes place as your "astral body" moves up through your physical body.  So you ought to feel yourself floating up or down through the whole bit.  What you're describing is making me think you're feeling trance sensations not exit sensations.

I've experienced that 'floating up' feeling, so many times I thought it was part of my Astral body separating. The weird thing is, this time it wasn't accompanied with any feelings of floating or 'ballooning' lol, in fact I experienced way less sensations than usual. I could feel my arms sort of .. vibrating, to where i wanted them to go, and I lost sense of my actual physical arms, when I put my arm through the pillow I could feel the texture inside of my 'energy arms', like I was a big jello cake of energy lol,

And I'm going to be honest here..
I didn't try that hard to get out, I kind of chickened out and forced myself to get up. I always get scared when I'm so close, I'm scared that if I'm scared then scary things will scare me once I get out  :lol: (because I'm imagining them)
