Who Am I

so long time ago when I first posted here someone said that when you have an OBE in which you can see things as they are in the physical world, it is called a "Real Time Zone". but I have never had this experience. It's always me experiencing the astral world and things are different than they are in the physical. many times i get out and everything is darkish and blurry. it's like i'm stuck in a painting that is black and grey. other times it's like a dream, but in a clear way. only a few times i had experiences where I thought i was in the RTZ, but it seemed like it was somewhere else. where, I don't know. what I mean is, everything was crystal clear, but I could've been in a parallel reality or a different planet with humans. on one occasion I was on a different planet, that I know for sure.

anyone know how I could get out from the Astral world and into the RTZ? Robert Monroe mentioned it in his second book as 'second body' or he would leave his second body, or get into it, I forgot.

I've have also just experienced dreams/lucid dreams that could look like this reality, but when I checked irl where always very different
The One is ALL. And the All are One.

Who Am I

I guess I want to experience what Robert Monroe experienced regarding the time frame he could OBE for (hours and hours), when I only have obes that last minutes (30 minutes only once). and also how deep he went, experiencing and witnessing the process of reincarnation and graduation he talks about in his second book. seems like all I experience, except for a few, is just a bunch of OBEs that are extensions of my thoughts.

I guess his journey didn't start like that either.

If RTZ is what you want, just keep that desire and intention.  I have a whole list of things that I wanted to experience in OBEs and one by one they have happened and are continuing to happen through intent.  Also, try not to be quick to judge an experience as disappointing.  I've done that many times only to find later that it wasn't so disappointing as I thought.  For example, last week I had a projection where I was in a fair or festival environment.  There was a man at a stand with several hula-hoops (I grabbed one and flew with it) and down the street there was a horse standing there (which I got on and started to ride.)  I woke up wondering what the purpose was for this projection.  It was relatively short and didn't seem to teach me anything, and so I was kind of disappointed with it.  One week later, which was just a couple days ago, I went to the Erie Co. Fair where my daughter was in a horse show. We were walking around and suddenly I recognized the scene.  There was the man at the stand with the hula-hoops just like in my projection.  Just down the street the horse show was going on and there were horses all over the place.  The scene looked ALMOST exactly like my projection.  This has happened to me before too in another precognitive AP. There will usually be a little fluctuation from the physical, but you will see enough 'real' to prove to yourself that you're experiencing RTZ.  :)

That's an outstanding clairvoyant experience soarin!

Who Am I-

I would like to suggest a few ideas to consider:

1) When talking about Monroe's experiences, you have to keep in mind that he was an exception, an extraordinary natural talent at all the various AP experiences. It was not until his third book, I think, that he came to understand his special relationship with his soul-group/Disc and that he was a kind of explorer or pathfinder for them, searching far ahead into the NP. I'm not trying to minimize your efforts or suggest limits as to what you might be capable of, but it's like watching Tiger Woods hit amazing golf shots and being disappointed that you can't do the same. So, don't be too hard on yourself.

2) Much of the OBE literature suggests the idea that once a person begins having more 'astral' experiences, they leave behind the ability or need to operate in the RTZ, wherever that may be. It's very hard to go back. Now I'm not saying that's the hard and fast rule, I don't know; but many projectors experiences tend to confirm this.

3) Another idea, put forth a few years ago in Kurt Leland's The Multidimensional Human, suggests that the Theosophical view of the development of the hierarchy of NP bodies moves from the etheric (RTZ) to the astral, the mental, the causal and so on...and that each bodies' development is linked to the development of a corresponding chakra. This leads to the possibility that even though you are experiencing astral events, your etheric body/chakra is still undeveloped, therefore you can't experience that 'plane' of being. So, work on that chakra would be necessary.

With that said, soarin12 is right. If you can focus your intent on doing this, you should find a way. Intent IS everything!

So, the next time you find yourself 'astral', declare out loud that you want to visit the RTZ. Or ask why you can't. You may get an answer...

Good luck!
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

thanks. the last part really helped. I will try this in my next OBE.
