hi everyone! I've been practising AP for two months without results until this week. I try it after lunchtime, I lie down and repeat mantra pharaoh. My hands and arms feel heavy and strong energy flows through them. When it becomes more intense, I feel as if I were in a rollercoaster, turning violently. It is a very powerful feeling, my heart beats very fast, but I manage to control the vertigo. After some minutes this feeling stops and nothing more happens.
Am I doing it wrong? Is it the beginning of an OBE?
The problem is that I don't know when I should leave my body, because I don't feel there is a "moment". When the feeling of movement begins, I don't know what to do or how to react. What do you recommend me?
Thanks! :-D

Your mantra is "pharaoh"?
That probably won't work very well... a mantra should be a non-sense sound comprised of two or more syllables. so that when you say them, they do not invoke any thoughts.

As for the "timing" one when to "get out"... I haven't a clue.  I don't project using the classic separation OBE methods.
I use a method called Phasing, which deposits your consciousness directly into a non-physical location without any of those sensations of "separation".
Lemme know if you wanna find out more about it, I can point you in some directions.  :)

yeah, well, I know that it probably doesn't work, I use it just in order not to think in my body and let my mind go blank. I've been trying and I think that the traditional methods do not work for me, so I would like to learn another way of separating, like Phasing, I would like to try Phasing. Can you give me some advice? :-)

Well first, lose the notion that something "probably doesn't work".  That is enough to make it not work for you.  ;)
Secondly, you've got half of the idea of the point of a mantra.  It's about focusing your awareness away from your physical body... but the other half is that the mantra pushes out those surface thoughts out... those "mind interruptions".  You want to practice your mantra until you get to the point where you have no more "mind interruptions"... and the mantra is successfully pushing all surface thoughts away from you.  Using a mantra that isn't a random sound allows your mind to latch onto it, and gives those surface thoughts something to work with.  You don't wanna do that.  :)

Next, for phasing, start here:  http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html
Then you could try my phasing primer: http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/xanths-phasing-primer/ also, I have many other articles on my website regarding phasing.  Feel free to peruse them.  :)
