Reason

I have two questions that have to do with the Astral Senses.

According to the sticky topic astral hearing is the noise one hears the easiest just before falling asleep and just after waking up.

I know this noise, I can hear it at any time I please.  I have a question about it though:Do you know that that is what hearing in the astral sounds like in personal experience?

I don't know, but I have a different idea of what that noise is, if not that (I guess it could be both..)  Could that noise be a direct attribute of what brain wave one is in?  I have noticed that the louder the noise is, the deeper I am.

For my other question:
If it really is astral hearing, and one is able to cultivate this astral sense, without projecting, what other astral senses can one train when not projecting?

"The five astral senses are:

Clairaudiance (astral hearing), Psychometry (astral touch/feeling), Clairvoyance (astral sight), Imagination (astral equivalent of taste), and Emotional Idealism (astral equivalent of smell)."

I gathered from the post that it would be beneficial to learn to be able to hear with one's "astral hearing" because it helps when one is actually projecting.  Well I already know how to use my "astral hearing," but that is only one of 5 astral senses, how can I train the other four when I am not projecting?

In other words, without projecting, how can I become accustomed to my astral senses without projecting so that I may improve them when not projecting?  When in my everyday life do my astral senses activate like my "astral hearing" does before I go to sleep and after I wake up?

Sorry if these questions have been asked, I tried using the search feature but it wouldn't work for some reason.

Thanks
