How to project real time?

Hi!
I'd like to get some help about real time projecting.
I can feel as I leave my body but I could project in real time only once.
When I leave my body I am different places which are doesn't exist. I think I am in lucid dreams, but  I haven't got any idea how to get out direct real time, or how to reach this state from lucid dreams...

Lucid dreams are only self created worlds.  They do exist because an advance projector could project into your create world.  But the worlds you create while out of body will usually fade away fairly quick when you leave it.  On the other hand, if the advance projector goes to your self created world and stays there even though you leave, then the world will remain by the energy from the advanced projector.  When both you and another projector are in the same world, then that is considered a group consciousness.  For example, the physical world is one of the largest group consciousnesses ever created by countless trillions and trillions and trillions ...

To answer your question, the way you go to a group consciousness such as the physical world is by FOCUS.  The act of focus simply projects part of your consciousness to that local.  Completely projecting there may come with practice.  For some it comes natural and easy.  For others it takes practice.  When you are lucid dreaming, you want to simply focus on where you want to go.  If you have enough energy stored up and you can generate will force then you will leave your self created dream world and go to your destination.  Although it is no guarantee that your designation is not a group consciousness.  You very well may be simply creating another world.  Over time, practice and effort you will learn to stop and start creating your self created dream worlds.  Sometimes you may just want to be alone and create your own perfect world and just have fun!  And there will definitely be times when you'll want to project to a group consciousness.
