how good are the pros at projecting?

how good are the pros at projecting? can they really do it quickly and with relative ease? have some had hundreds if not thousands of projections?

i know a hypnotherapist who can project in less than 5 minutes.  he can even do it standing up.

Wow 5 minutes thats insane.

I used to be able to do it on will, just getting into the vibe and mood, and around 10-15 minutes i will be able to induce it. But not recently since I have a major chakra blockage.

I can usually get into Focus 12 in around 10 minutes these days.  From there though, the jump to Focus 21 can take another 10 minutes of relaxing and "noticing".
