Hiya, I recently had a dream , and I was wondering if it was an out of body experience .
What happened in the dream was I went to bed, and then in my dream i was in the same spot as I was when I  went to bed, and I was talking to god. He told me he was sending down an angel, I was unsure why.
I looked in the window and I seen her dress coming down slowly, it was as if she was glowing and she has white on. I looked away because it was my first dream like that ever and I was kind of startled.
I looked at the door where she was coming too, and when I looked , I seen 4 family members that passed away a while ago. They we're looking at me and they looked like they were getting ready to welcome the angel. When the angel was about to come in, My body started viberating and shaking. It felt as if there was an earthquake happening but only in my body. When she was with the people that passed away, I kept telling myself to wake up, I kept repeating that until i finally did. When I woke up, I talked to my sister about it who was really well aware of out of body experience, she said that I probably had an OBE.
What do you guys think??

Hi, this is a tricky one to put guesses on.

I need a little more specific info. Was it a lucid dream or a regular dream? How clear was the dream compared to physical reality?
If you became lucid, did you at any time lose lucidity and to what degree?
Where the circumstances while you doing an OBE attempt, meditating or while setting any specific intent?

When you state "only in my body", was it:

A. your physical body?
B. while you were awake?
C. or while you were lucid?


When you write "she has white on", is that:

E. on her nose (*mostly joking*)
F. on the ground?
G. her clothes that are white (What? Business suit, ski dress, tennis outfit?)


You also talk about the "window" and later about "the door", so the question is, which way did the "angel" enter?
Did she enter the room you were in at all?

What kind of god do you think you saw, the regular Christian god, Jesus or other?


So far you seem to have had a regular dream, somewhere in F 22 or possible above (F 27 even?) to give you some kind of message. And you seem to have successfully remembered it.

I Seen her coming down from the window, but entered the door.
Yes she Came into the room I was in.

I didn't have a vision of the god I was talking about,
I just heard his voice and we were communicating with each other.

Ok, could it be a regular dream that turned into a lucid dream?

The vibrations could be an indication that you in fact were gathering energy to move from the dream to an OBE in the RTZ, if you tried waking yourself up?

Right off the top... yes, 100%.  The question that people need to learn to ask isn't whether it was a dream or an obe... the question that needs to be asked (and one that is highly answerable by yourself) is how CONSCIOUSLY AWARE were you during your experience?

As for the experience itself... regardless of what "kind" of experience it was, it sounds like you want someone to assist in making sense of it. 
And, really, only you can make those connections.  Find the different symbolisms... and ask yourself what they all mean to you in regards to the overall sense of the experience.
