What is the best example of auditory hypnosis to help induce and remember lucid dreams? I would prefer it to be free, but do not mind paying for it.
thanks

do you mean self-hypnosis scripts that you record and listen to, or do you mean binural beats, isochronic beats, brain wave generator, audio tracks that play tones designed to induce trance?
self-hypnosis scripts i think... what do you recommend?

i've got some scripts at home that are good. when i get off work and get home tonight i'll look at them and figure out where i got them and let you know. if all else fails, i'll post them on the forum or i'll PM/Email them to you.

OK, this is what i am after:
An audio file that i can listen to which will guide me into leaving my body and experiencing projecting to new worlds.
hmm....that's a little trickier. i don't have anything prerecorded, i just have scripts that you record yourself, but none of them will "get you out of the body".
is such a thing possible? Should I try binaural beats?
yea, it's possible.
what i did was write my own scripts. then, using audio editing software, i layered my recorded scripts over binural beat tracks (specifically the Journeys Out of the Body Hemi-Sync Condition D track).

Can I maybe have a listen to your script? :)
Also, is there an audio file out there than hypnotizes me to realize that i am dreaming when I am?
