i was dreaming randomly
then I know suddenly i was dreaming
then i tough also about astral projecting
I saw my self in the place i work
after that everything in the place has become the same as real
except there was a mirror in the wall
i start looking at it and see my self the same as real , but it wasn't very vivid
i start swimming in the air
i saw later on in the dream our maybe another dream in the same hour something happened to me , then after that in the same day something very like that happened un unexpectedly in the real world
the second time i was also dreaming of trying to astral project but it wasn't lucid dream and its much less vivid
i remembered in the dream the word of 'astral projecting is not like roaming around like tinker bill , but you have look for some sort of reality
weird things after that happened in the dream i cant remember
i do believe these things happening to me because am thinking too much about it in day times and i hope its a good signs
any advices?

You didn't have to waste time thinking about also wanting to project.
At the moment of the bolded statement, you were already projecting.
