I can't even get close

Hi there i've been following forums for a long time today i decided to register because i think i can get some help.Ok.I've been trying to ap for nearly over 5-6 months and i couldn't even feel any vibrations at all.I tried nearly all of the methods that are known.But nothing happened!I only see myself during dropping down from a mountain-like place thats the only thing that happens when i try aping no matter which method...I also tried brainwave and such programs no progress at all...I really do need help...I want to ap so much please help me
