I have no problem getting into a trance state and have the feeling of falling, but at the same time I can´t seem to relax my muscles even if i´m still in a trance state.
I´m doing relaxation exercises before but sooner or later my body responds to the mental falling technique.
Anyone has any good ideas to make me relax more (btw I´m laying on my bed on my back)
I'm definitely not an expert, but when i relax, i just tense up as many muscles an i can at the same time for maybe 5 seconds, and then relax everything. I find this helps me to relax quite easily and quickly.

I´m laying on my back in the bed and just pretends that I´m falling down on the exhale, my muscles tense up when I´m doing this but I still manages to get into the trance state.
And really, just keep practicing relaxation. You'll get it eventually.
Also, when you are in the trance try to just FEEL the particular areas relaxing more. It's important to become as relaxed as possible though before you get into the trance, as moving around will break this state fairly easy.
