I'm going to guess that there isn't anything in that e-book that you can't find for free elsewhere on the internet.

I have read the free excerpt from that e-book, and found eerie similarities to a number of other e-books and resources... and besides I believe in sharing this kind of information for free. I also want to point out that there is no 'easy way' to OBE,... it takes time and patience. There are tools, but they are just tools and it takes perseverance to achieve it by will.

Is it me, or does this sound like advertising?
If he found this book in the library, why doesn't he just tell you the name and let you go get it?

It IS an advertisement... there is no information in that ebook that you can not get anywhere else for free... but he is trying to make money off it. Of course he is going to use words like 'easy' etc to pull people in.
