i have a stupid question that i really think that it is a stupid one

my question is:

Shall we concentrate on the preset that we are hearing ??  AP, LD, or any other preset ??

Shall we concentrate in it  or just play it and hear it while sleeping ??

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.  

If you mean binaural beats (bwgen etc) then you don't have to concentrate on the sounds because your mind does this automatically.

just listen to your thoughts and try and relax, the sounds work automatically and you should be able to enter a deep trance pretty easily if you just meditate.  Thinking about the sound too much can get irritating.

you can use hemi-sinc or halo-sync multiple ways. during your sleep, during a trance state, or just listen to it normally.
