Hi everybody :)

First of all:
Thank you all here for sharing your thoughts, methods and experience! This is all very helpfull, especially as a newbie into this.

After reading, watching and trying for several weeks, yesterday i tried the "Mind awake, body asleep" method.
This was the first time i got into the "vibrational stage"... I guess ;)
I dont know what really happened, but i tried this method, thinking of the sentence over and over again, and suddenly my heart beat went extremely up, and i felt something like when you move out of a hardcore rollercoaster... like my astral body swapping and turns at random, with a pulsating feeling. hard to describe... so i wonder, because they weren´t not really vibrations... more like "shifting" around...
of course due it was the first time, the "woooh yeah, its happening... no wait... calm down" thinking was there and the feeling faded away. but it was there for at least one or two minutes or so. it really freaked me out, because i can remember that i got these feelings when i was a child very often when i went to bed.

so my question: is this the vibrational state or just something else?

Thank you,
and all the best, Georg

Hi Georg, welcome to the Pulse.
What you described sounds like you were loosening the connection to the physical. Stay calm and use this feeling as something related like riding a rollercoaster, in this case, picture yourself on a ride and hopefully youll see images starting to appear. Eventually youll be on a ride in the astral.
Vibrations are not always present. Theres some on here that never get them and have been projecting for many years.
Have a read of the FaQ section on here, it answers some common questions.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
