Hey what's up Nate?

I wonder, do you go to bed TIRED?  Or are you thinking everytime you lay down, "Man, I sure hope these damn vibrations don't start again."

You don't have to be fixated on the thought, but it sounds that you have this deep unconscious fear (?) or fixation (probably a better word) with these vibes.....Even though you don't WANT them, that in itself is enough to have your subconscious focused on them.

The reason why I said "fear" above is that it almost seemed like you were scared these things are related to alien abduction phenomena....in which case, get that thought out of your head as soon as possible.  [:D]

It's like repeating over and over, "I hope I don't feel an itch on my arm.  I hope  I don't feel an itch on my arm."  Guess what?  Pretty soon, you're going to feel an itch on your arm, even though you were telling yourself the opposite.

So how do you get past this predicament?  Good question.  I don't know if I can help you, since I don't suffer from this problem.  I would say that you need to do a couple of things though:

1) Try not to fixate on these, if at all possible.  When you lay down at night, discard all thoughts about NOT having these things.

2) Make sure you're relaxed and tired.  I don't think you necessarilly need to run a marathon before retiring that night, but perhaps get a good book and READ.  I don't know about you, but reading before bed always makes me tired.

Hope that helps.  If it were me, though, I would embrace these vibrations and transform them into an awesome OBE and fly around.  [:)]

I floated up towards the window. Knowing that this was probably going to end with me on a table with little men sticking tubes in my groin I broke out of the paralysis

If aliens were going to do that to you, they will do it if you remember it or not. You can do the paralysis while conscious or sleeping, but you cant avoid it. If you're conscious, you can resist them easier.

holy reality

hmmmmm aliens..............

do they still like to probe? That could very well explain my experiences............ hmmmmmmmmmmmm

those sly devils... can't they just read an anatomy book?

but in seriousness try changing sleeping posture and avoiding sugar + caffeiene within 4 hours of going to bed....
!..............!

Thanks, I'll try all that. Although I tried once or twice to do exit techniques when I get the vibrations, but I can't get out. Or at least I don't remember getting out. for all I know all the dreams I've had where I'm walking around my house are really obes. I seem to end up in teh bathroom a lot. a few nights ago I spent an entire dream just wacthing myself in teh mirror and trying to shapeshift the reflection. Then my reflection started talking to me and it got weird. In any event thanks! taaaa!!

Maybe you would want to try taking a shower 30 mins before sleep.
Oh and also, try eating an hour before sleep. Maybe some carbs. Doesn't have to be a whole meal but going to sleep on a empty stomach makes you more prone to projection(or projection related things). Also, your room temp should be slightly cool. Warm and humid air tends to interupt sleep slightly, perfect trigger. Try to sleep at the same time evey night, follow a normal sleep and awake pattern. Decide when you are going to sleep, don't be in that in-between phase of watching t.v. and falling asleep.
Well that's all I got. hope you sleep better.

Nate

For about the last week I've been woken up by those damn vibrations. If I could actually get out of my body that'd be one thing, but I just lay in bed paralyzed sometimes hearing laughing or once a marching band in my room. It's getting worse too. Last night everytime I woke up in the middle of the night then closed my eyes again I instantly got vibrations. It happened about three times. One time I was facing the wall and someone put another blanket on me then I floated up towards the window. Knowing that this was probably going to end with me on a table with little men sticking tubes in my groin I broke out of the paralysis. Then I rolled out of bed, through the guard rail and on to the floor. In the top bunk my brother yelled at me for waking him up. Which took a lot of skill from him considering he's actually in Atlanta visiting his girlfriend.
The point of all this is that I just want to sleep. Vibrations and half-assed projecting every night is getting tiring. Any body have any ideas on how to stop it? Maybe run a marthon every day or something to waste energy? anybody?
