I went to Monroe's site but all I could find out was that there are "some cd's" available :/

Could you link me to the CD's please? And maybe recommend a good one to start off with?

i think you need to orderd the cd's over internet, i'm sorry i can't recommend you a thing becouse i'm still a rookie too and i have never projected in my life

Hi. I've been on here for years and I still have no idea what the hell those numbers are for.

All I know is, I've been projecting since my teens, never used any numbers, never saw any numbers, and never had any astral beings inform me about any numbers.

As in "Hi, welcome to W43b!"

they're just sign posts or something to be able to objectively place yourself at a focus.  They're probably not important in label.  They're just concept to help "locate" yourself if you will.  I would say look in the FAQs or permanent topics if you'd like to see what certain ones are supposed to represent.
