I'm getting mixed sensations

when you feel yourself sliding/floating around try to imagine that you are standing in your room, and you might find that you feet are now on the ground and your vision will come in slowly

or... try to just... move yourself, while you are floating.. or envision somewhere you want to go and focus really hard on it... you'll either phase there ala entering a dream, or you'll sometimes feel yourself being dragged there, which is quite fun and strange.

Did you recognize the immage you saw?
When you came back did you feel dizzy?

 Sometimes when people meditate they get in a state when their subconscience takes over and they begin to see images just like
in their dreams, but you werent in a deram yet because some of your senses were still working, so you still had some controll.

I'm still not sure this is just my opinion.
I hope it helps.

Hi there,
I would like to say right off the bat, that I've been working with gem necklaces with my meditations. I've been using quartz and lavender and they have been producing wonderful results. However, the past couple of times my experiences have been different and have been leading me to mixed states of awareness.
For instance, one time I was meditating and I fell asleep, but awoke minutes after completely relaxed. I felt the coming together of energy within my being and felt a settling sensation like something within me was lining up/finding its resting point. Then vibrations were brought on and came very intensely. I was humming to the point of breaking the experience because it was becoming very intense. I then began to use my awareness to feel if any part of my etheric body was seperating. I noticed that my head and arms were floating upwards but my middle torso could not become loose. The gems were placed on the area where I felt was not becoming loose. I usually lay the gems on my chest. These, I feel, are good indications of the "regular vibrations" and "exiting sensations" you undergo before and during an OBE.
Today, when I meditated, was a completely new experience. I started to meditate and within about 20-30 minutes I sensed an image. I could see it, but I wasn't fully in a dream - or it didn't seem so. The image appeared like my computer monitor screen. It was in front of my view, and the screen was turned off. I just stared at it and felt a sliding sensation within my body. As I focused more on the image the more I felt I was seperating from my physical body. I would then switch back to my regular vision behind my eyelids, and feel as though I were sinking right through my bed. I kept on sinking, but I was recieving no vision, except what was behind my eyelids. I then felt myself slid over to the side and drift through the air to the edge of my bed and slide down. During this whole time my vision was locked behind my eyelids. I felt I was floating all over the place, but seeing nothing. I still sensed my physical body in a weird way but the floating and "moving" sensation was much more evident if not completely dominant at times. I snapped out of it. Tried it again and another image comae forth that I focused on and felt shifting.
Can you please help me out with what is going on and where to go from there?
