hi i'm tomer32 and im new here.
i have a couple of questions:
1. does anyone know a good company that sells binaural beats for astral projection (freeware or not)? and mind sync is a good company? because it costs a lot  :-(
2. what is the best environment to achieve astral projection from them? i mean with headphones or just speakers, while fully awake or when sleepy, at night or at noon/morning etc.

I think you need headphones.  The timing of the sound coming in one ear is slightly offset from the timing of the sound coming in the other ear.  The brain's attempt to reconcile the difference is what creates the effect.  I have used the Monroe Inst tapes previously.  I think I got one tape for like 20 bucks. The tapes do result in weird kinda feeling/mood and some have said they help slightly with having more projections. You might want to think about what specifics yoou want on the tape.  SOme of the tapes have a lot of verbal instructions on them.  Others are just music or soothing sounds. I personally find words to be distracting.  Others find the words help guide them.  My understanding from what I have heard is that each person is different so that the precise sounds that work best for one person are not the same as for another.  So I don't think, withought biofeedback monitoring, there is any easy way for a person to figure out exactly what tapes are of premium effect.  However, as best as I haveheard, all the tapes, free or not free, seem to have about the same overall effect. If I was you, I'd go for free stuff if money is an issue.  Back long ago, there was some free stuff you could download off the net.  Not sure if that is still available.  You can also look under the term 'hemisync.'

ok thank you
i want binaural beats because i can't astral project without them. you would probably say i'm talking nonsense but with the binaural i got to the vibrations part but when i try without it i always fall asleep no matter what i try to do to remain awake. i know its not the purpose of this thread but if someone can tell me what to do to not fall asleep? or better, when to try projecting.

You can try projecting in the morning after you wake up. Or you could try a very small amount of caffeine. As for binaural beats, I sometimes use I-Doser, though I find that the OBE tracks don't last long enough. There's a program called Cybershaman 7 which works amazingly. Set the preset to "Spiritual Awakening" and off you go. have fun.

can't find where to download it. can you give me a link? oh and Cybershaman 8 was released. is it better the 7?

Envix

I was unaware of Cybershaman 8. I got 7 from here http://www.dextroverse.org/spirituality.html I'm not sure where you would find it anywhere else.
