Read this whole forum until you cant read anymore.  There is a lot of information and people willing to supply those answers.  There are many online books to read too.  Astral Dynamics website has a few.

My advice...take it slow.  It may seem like you already know how to do something or what it feels like.  But concentrate on it anyway.  Start a routine and do it everyday.  If you want to get better at anything, you need to practice everday.  I am sure that Tony Romo didnt one day just pick up a football and BANG become quarterback for the Cowboys.

If you want a routine I would try Robert Bruce's 90 day guide to Astral Projection.  It gives you a step by step process on what to do.

Good Luck and welcome

I recommend the book "Adventures Beyond the Body" by William Buhlman. In this book, Buhlman describes his first OBEs and then describes what he experienced in the astral planes. In the second part, he tries to find scientific explanations (such as the Multiverse theory). In the last part he describes his technique to leave the body. The book gives you a good insight into the matter, it's like a manual really x) I didn't have an OBE yet, but if I have one, then I'll know what to do (and what I should avoid).

flying to the corners of one's own bedroom would be a precursory step, lol.
