AstralPrincess

Hello everyone!  :-)
I've always been very conscious of the spiritual side of myself... more so than the average person, anyways... I feel like I have a gift and am able to feel and almost see things from the other side, if I wish to anyway. It's nothing too crazy, I'm not psychic or anything and I've never seen a ghost if that's what you think I mean... I just feel... feelings which are not from this earth... or have memories... that haven't happened... in this lifetime, at least.
Well, about a week ago I really badly wanted something to happen... and when I want something to happen I go into a meditative state where I visualize myself receiving the outcome to a certain situation I want at that time and also basically pray to my Spirit Guides/Angel's whoever is listening... it's the way *I* pray. (By the way when I say "I really badly want something to happen" I mean it could be something as simple as wanting the memory[pictures and contacts] of my broken phone to still be there after it gets fixed or something as heavy as wishing for my Aunt to beat cancer.) Even though I meditate to pray in that state I listen to an mp3 that ALWAYS can relax me... which is actually supposed to be used in order to achieve an astral projection with a girl who talks you through it mixed with some relaxing music and binaural beats. I usually just relax as she says to and then when she starts taking me in a direction where I'd have an astral projection I instead almost drown her out and visualize my own thing while praying to my Spirit Guides and Angel's. So I did that... and I'm not sure yet if what I prayed for happened, however... after that happened (I'm thinking afterwards anyways, not positive - also, not RIGHT after... but sometime within the days following) I started hearing something right outside my bedroom window. (My bed is right next to my bedroom window) At first I thought someone was trying to break into my home through my window... it sounded as if they were seriously trying to remove my screen or just trying to open my window. I immediately freaked out and froze at first until I finally mustered up the courage to run out of my room... then I just... waited... thinking I'm definitely not sleeping in there. After about only 10 minutes I decided to just turn on my bedroom light so they knew I was awake... and just go to sleep. I did that and didn't hear any noise after that, I don't think. The next night...around the same time... right before my parent's alarm goes off I hear the SAME THING all over again. Again I'm thinking that this is someone who just really wants to either scare me or kidnap *me* specifically because they came to the same house TWICE and to the SAME window... mine. This time I became brave and decided to knock 3 times on my window while they were doing this...as if to say hello and hoping they'd knock back. The sound continued even after I knocked, but I didn't receive a knock back. (By the way I haven't lifted my window cover in fear of making eye contact with the supposed...'rapist') The noises stopped again, after only about 10 minutes. The same as the night before, last night... at around the same time... right before my parents alarm goes off (around 5 am) I hear the noises outside my window. THIS TIME I decided to video tape the noises... and tried knocking again hoping to receive knocking back, still no knocks back, by the way. Also, I told my parents about this and they reminded me how there is a BBQ right in front of my window and would block them. Keep in mind, I've still been able to 'break in' through my window before with the BBQ being there. That being said, I believed my parents in the fact that I realized it probably wasn't someone trying to break in because the first time this happened my mother got up after her alarm went off and went out back (where this is all happening) minutes before the sounds at my window stopped. So, either this guy is a ninja at that time in the morning (which is quite possible, actually) or it's... maybe some type of animal. After last night I started to believe it was an animal making the noises or maybe a rat in my wall or SOMETHING like that because they showed no signs of trying to be quiet after I knocked. Well, tonight I told my parent's how it happened again and this time I got it on video and showed them the video with the sounds. My parents both think it's an animal with an internal alarm clock or something (animals do have those of course, so that would make sense) but my brother told me it could be ghosts... I was intrigued by that idea and asked him why he thought that. He then told me he's been having strange dreams...that are extremely realistic and involve ghosts. He said he saw one guy with his head down just walking around and going through walls and another guy with wide eyes. Also, he was waiting in a line because they were all allowed to ask this guy one question and he asked "Are ghosts real? (He told me in real life he had no idea why he asked that particular question and wished he asked something else) After talking to him about this for a while we realized that he was having this dream at the SAME EXACT TIME I heard the noises right outside my window. It's quite a weird coincidence, I think. Also, I looked up the question, "I hear noises outside my bedroom window" up on Yahoo answers and someone said it sounds like a poltergeist. Then I started remembering back to when I prayed... and I remember visualizing a door to the other side right next to my window where I hear these noises. Another strange coincidence. What do you all think? Human, rodents, animals or... something paranormal? Please tell me what you think about this and give me some advice on what I should do. Any and all advice is very much appreciated.

This is Hypnagogic state, when meditating or trying to Astral Project you will often hear noises from outside/inside your house or next to you. Theses are test in order for you to keep the focus on Astral Projection/meditation. Not only that but often there's no sound at all and you imagine it. Or a really small noise can be amplified so much that if feels like it's right next to you.

Here's a better description: http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/hypnagogic-state.html
The partial becomes complete; the crooked, straight; the empty,
full; the worn out, new. He whose (desires) are few gets them; he
whose (desires) are many goes astray.

Play the recording loud and listen carefully.
Then go outside and rattle things yourself. You'll find what's making the noise. You could set the recorder first and talk about what you're rattling so it can be replayed and a comparison made.
Look around too, you may find fur or chew marks on something.

Poltergheist, nah, that takes a bit more work in a different direction that you've not come close to.
Rapist, unlikely, you'd see footprints and they're unlikely to return too.
Someone joking around, you'd see string or something tied up giving it away, maybe a text message asking if it scared you.
The wind can be looked at too, loose or missing screws, that sort of thing.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

It could be hypnagogia because of the timing and consistency; but you sound too awake in the later episodes.

I kind of lean towards the rodents in the walls or a raccoon or something similar outside maybe investigating the BBQ. Very punctual and persistent little buggers.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

All , or most of us unconsciously create thought forms . I guess it is possable that is what is making your noise , but my guess would be more like some thing else . My guess would more a critter or the wind .  If you think its a thought form , you can visualize it being filled with white light and cammand that its energy be returned to the earth .

When I was having problems with thoughtforms right after initiation, I was told to handle them by diverting my attention from them. They were loud obnoxious and sometimes obscene. The persistent patient attention diversion starves them of energy. It's a little difficult at first. Focus of your attention on what you want rather than what's demanding your attention at the time is an essential skill for astral projection as well
