Well it was a interesting and nasty at the end!I had many false awakenings in different places, but they were so real that I didnt get suspicious at all.But at the end I was in bed at my grandmas place, and I got hit with vibrations and then something pulled my right hand in the air and pushed my chest down, like trying to rip it,and at the same time air  started to get sucked from my mouth!I could feel my body so real-my chest voice cords which i couldnt control to call for help and all...It released me but it was painful and sinister experience!

It's normal, just demand it to go away and mean it. Know you're stronger and imagine it burning if it stays too close. Tell it that its going to burn if it stays and imagine yourself setting off flames all around you like a blowtorch. It will go if you have no doubt in your intent.
Become the master as its your experience and the interference isn't wanted.
Gain this conviction and these negative experiences stop from that point forwards.
It's another fear test.
You CAN do this easily.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Your not alone Simo. Freaking hate those fear tests when I have no problem seeing entities. They do not scare me at all. I am always excited to go into the NPR but everytime I do I am hit, scratched, choked, and cussed at. It's been a giant pain in the butt lately. I am still learning about it and listening to Tom Campbell about this stuff because he is right... it's just a massive pain when I don't even know I have "fear" but obviously I still have some sort of fear. I wish someone would tell me. I try and come up with the answer in meditation and just thinking and it never gets anywhere.

Szaxx is right though. Keep at it and good luck

I know i talked about this in another topic. It's really frustrating when you wrap yourself in white light, gain awareness, are smiling and ready to go where you planned to go when you thought about projecting... Excited, no fear, and then you are punched in the face or gabbed and thrown against a wall before ou can show any form of fear. It really is frustrating to me lately.

^^^ All of what I said probably just didn't help my case either! Really got to be positive, and stay away from negativity. I know I will figure it out. Just frustrating...

Go there at night on your own. Once you realise it's exactly the same as during the day then you've conquered another fear completely. A few rays from the sun can't stop you from being squashed on a busy road can it?
It makes no sense to be afraid in reality. Oh, take a lamp with you, there's no point in tripping up on something you've not seen...

Been thinking bout that lately :D who knows :D  Childhood nightmare I once had - I was on the attic and in one oh the dark rooms(empty room for accessing the roof tiles)I found a dying flashlight with my names on it.... :D

That's Dream Paralysis, and not an entity I'm sure of it! This IMO is the dream equivalent of sleep paralysis and can be used as a launch pad to OBE from the dream-state.

The first time it happened to me was a couple of years ago and I thought I was being attacked. I was squeezed so hard I couldn't even breathe and I could hear malicious giggling. I felt a bit traumatized by the end of it. Its happened infrequently since. I've tried different ways to fight it e.g. affirmations, righteous anger, telling 'it' firmly to eff off etc but none made a difference. About 2-3 weeks ago I had a really nasty experience where I thought I was being strangled- I could feel hands around my throat and even someone's knees digging into my chest. It got me thinking. I've never had sleep paralysis and tried to avoid reading too much into it ( I'm very open to suggestion especially when it comes to creepy stuff!) but it seems to be near identical to what was happening to me except I was asleep. I decided that the next time it happened I would face it head on and not resist at all.The other night I very nearly projected from a lucid dream. The paralysis struck and I didn't fight back.It was still unpleasant but didn't last anywhere near as long as normal. I was set for a projection but I totally panicked and blew it .

So my advice would be to face it head on. I like that a poster above called it a fear test, that makes sense. I'm lobbying for this to be discussed more because it seems to be quite common or at least commonly mistaken for something worse than it probably is.

We actually do discuss this often and you are right it is quite common.  :-P

But I find that many times giving a sensible answer to this is not what the OP is usually looking for. I have come to this conclusion because often you will find that that is the only post they will make here, period, then they disappear.

They would rather go to a Paranormal Forum where everyone agrees that they see and experience these Demonic Experiences too. Then they go onto helping them by bringing in White Light and Sage or going to a Psychic Healer to ward off these Demons.

I tried to give people a sensible reason why the Incubus/Succubus scenario was happening to them. I even used my own experience as an example. Once again it came down to them awaking in full SP and having their fears take over. But that explanation "doesn't sell tickets"!

The single most important thing that AP shows you is that you must confront not only your ego, but your fears as well. It's like a "Rite of Passage", confront it and you may move on!
