I need some Motivation i think

If you fear it, you know it is true for yourself, you can't just reassure it away, because there have been sightings of it.  The thing that you must assure yourself of is that concioussness is immortal.  The only thing to fear is fear itself.

IMO APs are just lucid dreams with a fancy exit. So really everything you encounter in an AP is a product of your mind, so they can't really hurt you. Even if you do think that your spirit is actually leaving your body, well then you can think about the fact that nobody who has ever APed has ever reported attacks in APs causing physical damage. You are essentially invincible in APs.

Well i have 1 feer in obe. The fear is what if i was to leave my body and see people in my room that were not there be for. So im just scared of being herassed in an obe. so can some one please comment on this. tell me something to booset my cofedence.
