Hey everyone I'm sorta new here.

Anyways for the past few days I've really taken an active step in accelerating my spiritual life.

The past 2 or 3 days I've meditated an hour each night before bed.

And that might not sound like much but I think I'm getting some results.

At around 30 or 40 minutes into my meditation I really start to feel the so called "vibrations". It's hard to describe but they start slow and gradually intensify up to a point. Then I'm not sure I think I don't know how to continue with it or go deeper into it. I'm sort of getting over a cough so I'll be meditating and every now and then have to clear my throat, which sort of takes away some of my focus on the vibrations, it's distracting. But it's not discouraging lol!!

Also for anyone wondering my meditation "regimen" basically it's just for an hour or so before I go to bed each night. Usually in the early hours of the morning around 12 30 or 1 00 until about 2 00 or so.

If any of you guys have any advice it would be much appreciated.

I had a cold a few weeks ago. It really messed things up for me. Not only does it interrupt meditation and sleep with coughing, but it also drains your energy. Once you get over it, hopefully you'll get it down.

Well I'm pretty much over it now.

Anyways when I meditate how will I know when I'm close to astral travel? And how long should I meditate for? Lately I've been meditating anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. I feel my body getting relaxed, and I experience slight tremors or twitches sometimes.

Also I've noticed when I go into deeper states of meditation my house will start to creak and stuff. I would dismiss it as coincidence but every time I start going really deep my house will start to creek and stuff. It's very weird lol.

I'm really  beginning to fall in love with meditation though.
