Hey there general army.

I reckon that a large percentage of the population get these "feelings" as well....but only a small percentage (the likes of us) look into it further. Most others probably ignore it as coincidence.

In my case, on 2 occasions in the past, I have "viewed" something that is just about to happen. E.g. I "saw" a glass of water begin knocked over and spilt; 3 or 4 seconds later my sister spliled a glass of water in the same way.

Most people would call this coincidence, but I don't think so !

At the same time though, I don't think that your "feeling much more aware of your surroundings" is necessarily a by-product of your interest in these areas....You just have an increased expectation of the environment you live in.

Have you read Robert Peterson's book Out Of Body Experiences? He says that he became more aware and could see things before they would happen or just do something different that would turn out for the best after practicing AP for awhile.

I would say increased sensitivity is definately is a bi-product of exploring AP.  I think any kind of spiritual development (which is what AP is after all - most of us want to learn and grow from this) winds up bleeding into other areas of life in one way or another.

i think working with my chakras has  helped me develop my intuition incredibly.   I  am able to "read" people,  and sense atmospheres of situations,  im a little scared to come out with it though in case im completely wrong and i just get laughed at.

we all know about the whole interconnectedness of everything.  this means our minds too.  i believe we are all telepathically connected.

these  'coincidences'  or not,  should actually be happening all over the place, and more frequently.  if re-incarnation is possible, next time it would be nice if i was born into a time where there were more believers than skeptics. it would be nice to never have  ignored these abilities, and had to learn about them at twenty three.

I think working with psi and astral prjection gave me the ability to see something major or important right before it happens. I never payed too much attention to it, but heres what happened to draw my attention to it. On friday, i had a feeling and a milisecond vision of myself and a feeling that was teling me that my chair was going to get pulled from under me, a second later, this happened, as the chair was pulled from under me i was ready for it and didnt fall. I feel now alot more aware of my surroundings. Is this an effect of working with psi and astral projection, or is it just a coincidence?
