I have only noticed this ever since I first started consciously projecting. (It doesn't happen as often now, I dunno why...) But like, just randomly during the day I will feel like a part of my body is vibrating (usually my foot). It doesn't last long, but it feels kind of cool. I was wondering if it had anything to do with me now more aware of Out of body things. Just curious, has anyone else experienced this?

Btw, what exactly is the difference between OBE's and Astral projection? Is there a difference? I usually just use "astral projection" (sounds cooler to me XD) to describe when I'm referring to "leaving" my physical body at night (after going through the vibrations, noises, and split) and just floating around in my room. (But you are still technically having an "Out of body" experience) I personally don't know of any difference, but if anyone thinks that there is a difference, please share your thoughts :)

It has a different meaning for the individuals that experience it. Some people will say it's the same exact thing, but depends on the method you use to get out.

Personally for me.

OBE= Consious Exits, RTZ, Etheric, False Awakenings etc.

AP= Lucid Dreaming, Realm Traveling, Multi-dimensional awareness etc.

I've experienced both, they all seem different to me. So i seperate the 2.

I experience the same on my chest sometimes.
My theory is that it could be either our expanded awareness of our energy body manifesting or our energy body development that is now strong enough to make itself noticed even in our 'primary' focus.   :-)
