I am looking for a good astral projection MP3 something that will either induce OBEs or make it easier to have OBEs. I have been doing some web surfing and there are so many different choices out there I don't know what to try!
Any suggestions?
My friend has suggested Boxed Nirvana (http://gnomad.info/boxed-nirvana.htm). I think it has been working on him.
I have it downloaded on my computer, but I don't think I'm ready to force myself on AP because I don't think I'm ready for it.
Hope this works for you! :)
Ive tried many of those. From "caffeine" and "other" substances to lucid dreaming/astral projection. If they work for you post back. Im not sure if Im relaxed enough of what.
Ok, I got the Boxed Nirvana. Looks like it's pretty lengthly.
Now I just have to find an hour or so when I am home alone (hard to acheive with husband and two kids) but as soon as I do I am going to try it and post back on how it works!
Make sure you get Binaral beats as they seem to have more effect.
I tried this the other night (i usually experience OBE's in the morning)...I barely slept at all!!! I did not project at all . I did have a complete sense of disorientation (meaning i had no association with my limbs.) But when the tape ended it took me a bit to realize it was even over. I may try this tape again but in the morning some time. I did have a lot of dreams that night but slept horribly.
The first time I got anywhere near AP was when I used this one: http://www.salviadragon.com/freeMP3.htm (http://www.salviadragon.com/freeMP3.htm)
Just put your email and name in (doesn't even have to be yours 123@123.com, name: 123 probably works) and then it redirects you to the download. It's only 20 minutes and near and after the end I was also doing the rope technique and got real intense vibrations for the first time and I felt like my consciousness or something was bigger or exping out from my head. It either worked or doing the rope technique is what did it. Either way it's relaxing and keeps you focused and awake and it also has binaural beats, not sure what wave, but my guess it theta inducing brainwaves. Hope this helps. :)
Thanks djvtech, I'll give that MP3 a try.
