Focus on the rythmic sounds, the binaural beats, the patterns that repeat.

When you are able to hear them (which happens automatically), your two brain hemispheres are working together to create this sound.

Try to capture this state of mind in which your two brain hemispheres are working together, capture the moment so that you'll be able to reproduce this state of mind without the sounds.

If you are looking to leave the body, focus on this state of mind and forget about your physical body... Imagine yourself in the sounds, and shift your point of consciousness away from the body. If your intentions are strong and you don't get too excited, surely you will project easily. Just make sure you don't watch it happening -- go unconscious, lose complete awareness that there is anything even happening, as if you were falling asleep, and let your intentions wake you up when it's time to go.

but is boxed nirvana 2 progressive? as in do you have to start from the beggining to end to AP, or are all parts of the track effective for inducing vibrations and an OBE.

So I just listen to this rythmic sounds? What exactly are these? I think I know what they are, but I want to be sure.. :)

Well, the principle by which they work is by playing two similar sounds in each ear so that your brain combines them into a beat -- a third sound that sounds like a periodical thump, or a sine wave...

You have to concentrate on that sound that is created. If a smooth 440Hz tone is played in one ear, and a smooth 444Hz tone is played in the other, you'll hear a pattern that repeats 4 times per second (because of the 4Hz difference).

By actively listening, you are getting your two brain hemispheres used to working together, that's what is meant by "brain entrainment."

Now, you're asking what to expect... Don't expect anything! If you start expecting things to happen, you can be sure nothing at all will happen!

Anyway, I haven't heard of many people projecting while actually listening to those mp3s... You should listen to them with the mentality "I am just training my brain, and I will most likely not project until the end of the track" -- try to go unconscious... Chances are you'll get the intended effect when your body falls asleep but your mind wakes up.
