My guess would be that you were projecting but were not very lucid.  That may explain why you said you did not have control.  Your subconsciencous my have been in control but your were only aware.

Hi guys,

I had this weird experience a few months ago (Happened twice, I believe)...it was a cross between an AP and a dream...I kept going into other people's bodies and taking over them...it was like I was forced into this; I was sent there against my will.

I don't remember much about this, except that the realm I was in looked like the astral plane.

Any ideas???
